GLI Wins Best Places to Work 2023

Great Lakes Industrial, a family-owned industrial solutions provider, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback from a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including: alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“It’s an incredible accomplishment to be named one of the Top Workplaces in Southeast Wisconsin. One of our key priorities for growth is to invest in our people,”, says George Baumann, Great Lakes Industrial President. “This award signifies that our investment is already starting to pay off. This encourages me to lean harder into this priority to make us an even better organization.”

Great Lakes Industrial (GLI) is supported by 80 employees across its 6 locations throughout the US. GLI employees gave top marks for the organization’s vision and overall growth plan.
